## Real firmware upgrade procedure (verbatim, from 'About the Firmwares.pdf')

**1. About the Firmwares:**
- Disable Bluetooth: universal firmware, works for all models (no need to distinguish between 8V5, 10V5, etc.)
- Restore Bluetooth: model-specific firmware -- 8V5 and 10V5 use different firmwares, must use the correct one

**2. How to Upgrade (No PC software needed):**
- Step 1: Extract the RAR file and copy the `update.ufw` file into an empty USB flash drive.
- Step 2: While the DSP is powered on and working, plug the USB drive into the U-DISK port of the DSP.
- Step 3: Wait a few seconds. A "Dong" sound plays from the speakers 6 times -- confirms 100% successful upgrade.

**Important note:** Do NOT modify the filename of `update.ufw` -- if renamed, the DSP cannot read the firmware.
